What is SAP

A program built around you.

The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is a confidential, school-based support system for any student dealing with anything that's getting in the way of their well-being — academic, social, emotional, or personal.

The short version

SAP is a team of trained school staff — counselors, teachers, and outside specialists — who work together to help students get the support they need, when they need it. We're not discipline. We're not a record on your file. We're a confidential bridge to whatever comes next.

Confidential

What you share stays with the SAP team. We'll only involve others if your safety is at risk — and we'll tell you first.

Judgment-free

No lectures. No 'shoulds'. Just trained adults who listen and help you figure out what comes next.

Student-centered

You set the pace. You decide what to share, what kind of support you want, and who else (if anyone) gets involved.

Separate from academics

Nothing about SAP touches your transcript, grades, or college applications. Ever.

Who can use SAP?

Every student in this school — every grade, every background, every situation. You don't need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a parent's permission to start a conversation. Friends, parents, and teachers can also reach out on behalf of a student.
