Fill out the contact form, drop by the SAP office during open hours, or ask any trusted adult — a teacher, coach, or counselor — to connect you. Friends and parents can refer you too.
Have a private chat
A SAP team member meets with you somewhere quiet. No judgment. No record on your transcript. We listen, ask a few questions, and figure out what kind of support might help.
Find your next step
Together we map it out — peer groups, ongoing check-ins, a referral to a school or community counselor, or just knowing where to come back if things get harder.

We respond within one school day.
